Filla-Glue Wicking
grade: Extremely low
viscosity. Wicks and penetrates.Very fast setting. Ideal for post
application on pre-assembled parts. Due to it's extremely low
viscosity, this product will be supplied with a small extension tip
for very accurate control when applying the
adhesive. Viscosity - 3 CPS. Approximate setting time -
1-3 seconds (Dependant on materials)
Filla-Glu Powda:
To be used in conjunction with Filla-Glu
Wicking grade. For bonding
and bridging larger gaps, filling of joints, holes, gaps &
cracks. The mineral
powder only cures when the wicking grade is applied to
it. Once the
wicking grade is introduced, there is no time for corrections as
the powder sets instantly. You can then
continue to build upon this, layer by layer. The surface can be
painted, drilled and sanded.
Application: Apply either the Filla-Glu Powda or Filla-Glu Wicking first. The
Filla-Glu Wicking immediately reacts with the Powda. After the
reaction, there is no time to make any corrections. Apply in layers
of approximately 200 and make sure that the Powda is completely
saturated with Filla-Glu Wicking. Repeat adding Powda and Wicking
grade if necessary. Blind off holes or corners with tape. After
hardening, remove the tape. The material can be mechanically
processed after approximately 3 minutes, sanding, painting,
etc.
